Barcelo Avenida Hotel & Spa Bilbao Guest Reviews
The rooms on the second floor were clean, spacious and light. However, there was some noise from the reception upstairs between 7am and 11pm, so you better avoid rooms 206-213.

If I come to Bibao, this hotel is sure my first choice.

You have to pay 8 Euro per visit of the fitness club on the Ground floor. Internet is free. Once you know how to go to the metro, it is a good choice to stay in this hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean, helpful and Friendly Staff. Only a short walk into the old town (Downhill). Only drawback - all spa facilities are not actually connected to Hotel and are paid for separtely and have to be booked in advance.

Myself and my children really enjoyed our stay there, the staff did there best to understand us and they were very children friendly and the Tapas bar staff were very cheerful and friendly. The only problem we thought we would have the opportunity of using the sauna and the gym but it was not clear upon booking that we have to pay and book seperately. All in all it is a hotel I would recommend others to go to and plus the reason I chose it was of the Cathedral Of Our Lady of Begonia close by.
