Bangtao Beach Chalet Phuket Guest Reviews

This was everything that the web site said it was & more. However, there is one catch, the beds are the hardest I have ever used [mind you I lasted 10 nights]. Alternately, the pillows were the best of any where I have ever stayed. We had 10 days of bliss. By the way, use Laem Sing Beach as well which is a short long tail ride from Bangtao Beach.

The room was very good, and was cleaned to a very high standard by the staff. the gardens were beutiful and the whole place was immaculate. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was small but had quite a large menu, we tried several dishes and were never disappointed. Location is very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants on the beach front which offer good food at excellent value for money. The beach is a couple of minutes walk away from the chalets and has to be one of the best on the island. We will definitely return. This is a gem of a hotel.

Helpful and friendly staff. They were able to assist us and answer questions for about everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and cool rooms. That being said, there was a bit of a large gap at the top of our cottage door that was big enough for mosquitos to get through. Informing the staff of this, they immediately provided us with insect spray in case we''d have a problem-- which we didn''t. I would recommend a stay at BBC, it was a pleasant place and only a few minutes walk to the beach, too.
