for the price this was a lousy room, the hotel is undergoing construction and the service was bad and unfriendly atmosphere, no pool, entrance through garage, small reception, breakfast with no meat or cheese, no service

Buena atención, muy amables y serviciales, céntrico, algunos problemas con el agjua y el agua caliente (a algunas horas).Buen desayuno (incluido) y restaurante (El Patio), pagando. No me gustó que si pago con tarjeta, cambian por debajo del cambio oficial (520 baja a 480 colones por dollar, independiente de los cargos por transacción). Por otra parte, iba con la idea de que era un pais donde se compraba barato (es parte del Continente) y resultó mas caro que Puerto Rico (Isla): el doble o triple según el producto)

Located in downtown central San Jose. Very good breakfast. If you arrive before 2pm they will make you wait for your room. Great security and very friendly. Gave me a free room upgrade which was a nice suprise. Quiet at night in the halls. The only drawback was getting an iron up to my room - took 45 minutes but all in all a safe, secure, clean location. Very nice bar and resturaunt too.

06-24-08 till 07-02-08 hi, our names are f. and s. from curacao. Everything was perfect for us at this hotel, very kind people, especially marianella off the tourist information, breakfast also was good(three choice).
