This has to be the best hotel in Kerry, super service and staff are top notch. Food is yummy and rooms are fab too. Can't say anything bad!

This hotel was in all its aspects a great choice.I would like to single out the blond haired lady who served in the bar. She is one in a million,her smile, kindness,service,conversation and the pride she takes in her work is extraordinary. The ladies who served breakfast too were so so helpful. A big thank you there is so substitute for a generous spirit.

Big rooms, good food, nice bar (with a bit of atmosphere), good spa with outdoor tub.... and the best customer service I have ever had in an Irish hotel of any rating. Reception, Housekeeping, Bar and Restaurant staff were all top class....but a special round of applause to the staff who found (or robbed!) some hair mousse for me at 9am in the morning. I would recommed this hotel to anyone for a relaxing break in Kerry.......and I will be back myself.

I couldn't fault anything with Ballygarry House Hotel. We were thaere for a wedding and everything was just spectacular.
