Check in was friendly,quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel about 20 minutes walk from Grafton St was perfect. The area Ballsbridge feels safe and pleasant at any time of the day.

Impressed by big bedrooms, facilities limited. No complimentary light breakfast/tea/coffee as shown on website.

The Ballsbridge Towers share the same reception as the Ballsbridge Inn, which is a little confusing. The bedrooms in the Towers are huge, clean and in good decorative order. The complimentary 'Light Breakfast' did not exist, nor did the Restaurant, and the Library bar was closed. There was a Bar called the 'Dubliner' where bar meals could be had....which were OK. On balance it was a good clean hotel, that lacked the facilities it promised, but I would not hesitate in going back.

I personally like Ballsbridge Towers Hotel Dublin as there are isn't to many knock on your door; either to inspect the room or ask question and it is quiet in there. Thank you.
