the manager was very helpful with all our questions. the room was lovely and large, with good coffee and tea making area, plus snack bar. bed was vey comfortable. the service was great, breakfast came on time. the rooms were cleaned very well. would use the motel again again.being close to a good pub/restaurant was perfect, and the little shopping area was good, plus there was a petrol station right across the street, if you were driving. it was very easy to get in and out of the area. and into the centre of napier.
