Location

Spent our first holiday night here and expected a less tired room and the wife complained the sheets were thin and stained.At 12 pm awoken by party next door .Hotel appeared to have only 4 rooms full so why not space customers apart. Staff were very friendly , l was grumpy. Hotel entrance grabbed my attention a year ago but was booked out,and always wanted to see inside only to be a little disappointed. Excellent location .

The good: it's in a good location. The bad: I paid for a garden view cottage an extra $15 per night and was given an ordinary room with no explanation and no apology. Then I was billed twice for the same laundry wash. I paid cash but the staff who are either dishonest or negligent refused to believe me. If you pay cash for anything on top make sure you get a receipt each time saying "paid in full". I will not be staying at balisani again. The staff are rude and the rooms are in v poor condition.

For a budget hotel I was very happy with it .A couple things needed fixing but it was clean no musty smell , a/c ice cold, breakfast good quality and friendly service, pool and gardens great i would stay there again

For the price, the hotel is acceptable. The lighting were quite dim, while the room facilities were old. Staff were helpful.

its a simple basic budget hotel with nice swimming pool,clean but old with breakfast what more can u ask for the price. location is good, not too much of a crowd. 5-8 mins walking out to kuta beach and the shopping here i personally find it cheaper than in kuta. Its my second time staying here.
