Location
Located on Sanur Beach, this resort is set amidst 36 acres of lush, mature, beautifully landscaped gardens and tranquil lagoons with a 500 metre long white sandy beach. Thelocation is wonderful, ground are beautiful BUT the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. It is old, dated and the rooms are quite ordinary. For a Hyatt it was disappointing. Staff are EXCELLENT, wonderful, helpful always smiling.

Beautiful resort if you want to take some holiday; excellent beach, beautiful garden, nice rooms. Restaurants quite expensive but this you can expect in this kind of resort. Interesting happy hour with a limited choice, but excellent cocktails. I would certainly go back.

Facilities were excellent, nice tennis courts, swiming pools and gardens. Room was nice but perhaps bathroom needs renovation. Not located in one of the nicest beaches in Bali in my opinion, but overall great place to stay.

Building showing its age but is typical Bali in the nicest way. Rooms adequate, bathroom small, all set in beautiful grounds right on the beach. Very helpful staff particularly with (very) late check out to suit late flight home. Well located near shops, restaurants and spas. We would return.
