Location
Located on Sanur Beach, this resort is set amidst 36 acres of lush, mature, beautifully landscaped gardens and tranquil lagoons with a 500 metre long white sandy beach. The Sanur village, Reptile and crocodile Park, Bali Bird Park as well as the Ubud, centre of Balinese painting and fine arts are some of the local attractions.

You could spend an entire holiday without ever leaving, with a range of restaurants, pools, beach, water activities, and an enormous and beautiful garden ... but if you want to, the Sanur shops and stalls are all walking distance, along with a wide range of restaurants. Very comfortable!

Couldn't fault anything. The Hyatt staff are truly helpful , wonderful people and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. 100 % relaxing holiday.Didn't want to leave.

We stay at the Bali Hyatt every year and once again we loved it. This is an older hotel but has a charm that keeps us coming back. The gardens are amazing and there is a lovely relaxed feeling all around the hotel. The staff are fantastic and offer great service to guests. Rooms are clean, well maintained, comfy beds, top quality linen and very comfortable. There are plenty of sun loungers both on the beach and around the pools. We ate numerous meals and all were excellent quality. The kids club 'Camp Sanur' is excellent for younger children. My daughter has been going there for years. There are 3 lovely ladies who offer a wonderful time for the children. Everything from flying kites, swimming, games, cooking, balinese dancing etc. There is a small charge either an hourly, half or full day rate. Lunch is also provided at a cost. Children are taken to one of the restaurants to eat. There are many special offers at the various restaurants, the food is excellent quality. The hyatt occupies one of the best beach frontages in Sanur. There are plenty of places within a few minutes walk to eat or get cheap laundry done. We had 2 rooms in hibiscus wing which is closest to the pool and lobby. This hotel is one of the best in Sanur.

Thelocation is wonderful, ground are beautiful BUT the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. It is old, dated and the rooms are quite ordinary. For a Hyatt it was disappointing. Staff are EXCELLENT, wonderful, helpful always smiling.
