Very good hotel especially for Westerners on business. Staff speak good English, plenty of shopping around the hotel and there is a subway station across the road for easy access to the city of Guangzhou. Also 2 Starbucks in walking distance. Will stay again.

Only dislike is that restaurant employees were not wearing gloves while cooking that will give a gross look for a 5 star hotel & will ruin taste of food .

The location of this hotel was good for me, close to city life and things that i needed, prices are a little high but this is the time when the hotels make money... Don’t touch the mini bar, not even the water, prices are very expensive, Service was ok, and breakfast was good, try to get the deal including breakfast it works out good deal. Overall stay was vey comfortable

The food quality and wine service in the Italian Restaurant on level 30 needs improving but otherwise a great hotel to stay in.
