"The overall of the hotel staff service is good. When i call the front desk for more details like pricing on buffets in the hotel resturants, i was put on hold and transfered for quite sometime and they still did not come back with a very sure answer. "

"Overall, it was a good experience. Apart from the miscommunications within the concierge on our belongings, I wanted to compliment the bellboy by the name of Witaya for being very attentive. Witaya booked a taxi for us to the airport in advance. He recognised us when we arrived and helped us carry our luggage to the carpark where the taxi is parked. After which he stood at the carpark, waved good bye sincerely till our taxi drives out of the carpark."

"It's such a majestic hotel but to go up to the Lobby is not a very pleasant environment like a class hotel. The crowded path leading to the lift is very unpleasant. I stayed on the 50th floor and just to remind you the bathroom door glass is not in good order and there is water leakage at your toillet bowl. You need to upgrade your Internet and start a WiFi and to charge on your patrons for internet is unbelievable... You come to Kuala Lumpur and find the difference."
