Location
North of Lake Zurich, the Bahnhof is close to both rail and tram stops making it easy for guests to get around. For window shoppers and those with a little more money to spend the shops and boutiques of the Bahnhofstrasse and Augustinergasse are within walking distance from the central station, and for visitors arriving at Zurich international airport the hotel is just over three kilometres away.

Rooms at the Bahnhof are set over five floors and are clean and simple. All rooms have the basic facilities such as towels, bedside lamps, desk and satellite TV.

The cosy, rustic restaurant serves hearty meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner; it also has a good selection of wine and beer.

The Bahnhof Glattbrugg Hotel is a basic but clean hotel and in the vicinity of a number of other restaurants and bars. The hotel has ample parking and is close to public transport, making it a cost effective and convenient place to stay for customers on a budget, or those wanting a more traditional pub atmosphere

I really enjoyed my stay at Glattbrugg Bahnhoff. The best thing that made it so great was the service, the staff, close proximity within the train, bus and tram station. I really enjoyed their food as well. They have a variety of food choices. The linen and rooms are spectacularly clean. I had access to fresh linen and towels whenever I needed them without neccessarily waiting for staff to change it. I will definetly stay there if I have go back to Zurich.

Hotel location is very good as you have both the Train and Bus station just in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was helpful as we checked in late at night after 11:30 PM but still the reception person open the office and gave us room keys. The pricing is very cost effective and that too the morning breakfast is included, though it was not that great. Overall a nice value for money.

All the basics were well provided for. In a very expensive city, it is an excellent choice and option for travelers. It is very close to airport and a 1 minute walk to train station, with links throughout Zurich, and Switzerland. I would definitely stay there again.
