BSA Tower Manila Guest Reviews
My husband and I always choose BSA Tower every time we are in Makati because of the good service we receive from the staff members...from security guards, bell boys,room cleaners ,maintenance personnels, to the front desk administrators.They were all very helpful, courteous and very polite. A plus is the honesty of the cleaning person/s assigned in 1901. On 12/1, I misplaced a $100 bill and didn't realized it till I was in the mall, When my husband got back in the room that afternoon,the cleaning person pointed to him the $100 bill that I apparently left by the window sill. As far as staff management, I give it multiple STARS because they are superbly trained.

Hello. First impression of The BSA Tower in Makati City was great. The front door is right across the street from the Greenbelt Mall door 5. Great location. But from there the words on the Orbitz Web Page did not match the BSA Tower. First of all there was no internet in the room. You had to pay for the use of a modem. The Web Page has it listed under amenities. The same thing for exercise gym and pool. They had both of these things, but only for people that live there full time. Very misleading. Oh yeah...you had to pay for extra towels. Two came with the room. If you want one or two more...have to pay. Boo Hiss! Finally, on my reservation confirmation, that I'm reading from as I type this; it states that Continental Breakfast is included. That is not true. They don't even have any room, or lobby, or place for this. All they have is a front desk, which is about six feet long. That is it. The room was okay. The location was great. But the rest of the things listed on Orbitz were not true and very misleading.

Very dissapointed because guests are not allowed use of swimming pool.
