BSA Mansion Condotel Makati Guest Reviews
The studio condo that MGT had reserved for me was not comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor, had an air conditioner right next to the bed that was making loud, strange noises and the phone line into the phone was not removable for dial-up internet connection (no broadband available). The front desk person-on-duty insisted she had no other condos available but after some back and forth said that there was a 1bdr condo on the 5th floor available. After transferring there all was copasetic.

The service was excellent! I was impressed by the positive attitude of all the staff - reception- security - cleaning. While the facilities are not new, every effort appears to be made to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

The service (from reception to room) was excellent. The room (superior) was appropriately furnished. Some of the cabinet doors though are loose and ready to fall. The staff were very courteous and responsive and really goes out of their way to satisfy customer requests. The place is ideally located in the heart of Makati (walking distance to greenbelt where good dining abounds). A really value for the money. I would highly recommend this condotel to any traveler to the Philippines on business, pleasure or both. Suitable for families too.

The hotel was excellent value for money and well located. Of course the staff were superb. The only comment/complaint is the small capacity of the water boiler for the shower as you can only have a quick shower for one person. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and believe that was enough. The Hotel was tidy and staff were friendly, but location is everything and no matter what taxi we took, they couldn''t find the hotel. We needed to get a calling card so that the taxi drivers knew where it was located. As for getting a taxi you have to walk for 5min to get to a street that taxis tend to be near. The facilities in the room were adequate but we found no use for the cooking facilities, we opted to eat out everyday. I wouldn''t really recommend the hotel as there are other hotels at the same price or less which are much better.
