Everyone was so eager to please, from the first parking attentent to the last, and everyone in between. The renovations from a year ago were excellent and I think it is the best value in Ft. Lauderdale and a perfect location for restaurants, etc. The mall is less than a mile away.

WELL GOT TO THE HOTEL TOOK A BIT TO GET ACKNOWLEDGED, GOT THERE ABOUT 345PM, THEY DID NOT HAVE A ROOM READY YET SAID THAT THEY HAD TO GET ONE READY WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE AN OCENFRONT VIEW BUT THE HOTEL WAS OVER BOOKED THEY PUT US IN A ROOM WITH VIEW OF A ROOF TOP ON TOP OF THAT WE HAD A FAMILY WITH SCREAMING KIDS THAT WERE KICKING THE CONNECTING DOOR WE DID TALK TO THE STAFF AND THEY MOVE US BUT HAD TO SETTLE FOR TWO DOUBLE BEDS INSTEADE OF KING BREAKFEST IS SO NOT WORTH IT THERE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE OVERPRICED AND BUFFET HAD BURNT EGGS AND THE REST OF THE ITEAMS WERE COLD OR OUT AND WE STILL GOT CHARGED

We had a great stay, although I was unaware that valet parking was my only option and it's $25/day. The room and view were beautiful!
