When I arrived they could not find my reservation, which had been made through and confirmed by a well known travel site (O). There was a long wait, but they did find a room. Area is very commercial/industrial but close to airport and very convenient if that is a priority. The room was fine, very clean, good value. On-premises restaurant not open every day.

had to get the hotel keys updated each night to get into rooms when staying for multiple nights no continental breakfast-- under the impression was available when booking "clean" towels had hair on them

Upgrades desperately needed esp. bathroom (tub, sink & needs exhaust fan), carpet, AC system. Other than above mentioned, excellent place to stay if you are there for other purpose than lay in the sun. Very friendly & helpful staff (front desk & housekeeping services)! Restaurant can have more to offer on breakfast menu like Loco-Moco! & also open for all meals esp if you just want to dine in during your stay. :-)

Close to the airport: double check Reasonably priced: check Store and restaurant on site: Score! Pool, up and open: check Working showers: didn't check- and they didn't. boo! Too short of a stay for them to fix it. No reimbursement, eh- still going to warn folks about it just in case you run into the same. Towel washing to not stink for an 11 hour flight within the hour= not cool.

We arrived very tired after coming from NZ,no restaurant or coffee bar open,no room service,no help with luggage. Room OK but tried to get online to check emails and the internet did not work in the room, nobody to fix it either. Had to go to the lobby to get online. Beds OK. Breakfast in resaurant very nice, good service. Will not stay there again. I think that as there are so few hotels in the Honolulu airport area they just dont care as they have a captive clientelle.

Wife had Kaiser appointments while we were there, I called the Hotel a few days before we arrived to make sure the restuarant was going to be open so I could get some food to take back to our room as my wife had surgery the day we arrived. I was told yes that it was open and that would be no problem. Guess what? The restuarant was closed and we were told we could take the shuttle to their sister property. That was out of the question. The noise level was so loud from the traffic and airplanes that it was almost impossible to sleep. They offered to give us different rooms but I don't think it would of helped. It was noisy no matter where you were on the property. The rooms were clean, although we only had one bathtowel and no washcloths when we clecked in. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. We stayed there because of closeness to the airport and to catch the Kaiser shuttle from the airport. We will not be staying there again.

Nice place for a quick overnight stay. Good value. Room was clean. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Kind of noisy outside with highway nearby but room was pretty soundproof and rested well. All in all a good value for my short stay. Would rocommend.

Really the best thing about this hotel is its location to the airport - it is less than 5 mins drive away and they offer free shuttles. Also, we found the rooms clean so no problems there. Otherwise don't expect good service as the people there are slow and apathetic. Plus, no free breakfast and the Wi Fi in our room was pretty much unusable on one of the nights we were there b/c there were too many people on it so there was nothing they could do. I should add that the downside of the location is that is right on the freeway so you do get some traffic noise but we found it wasn't too intrusive, especially on the second night when our room was higher up on the ninth floor. Overall just ok for an overnight's stay though for the price you pay you do feel slightly ripped off. That said, I believe options for hotels near the airport in Honolulu are quite limited and the convenience of staying so close to the airport in reality probably does justify paying such inflated rates.

Very nice room. Right next to airport. Food walking distance away. Alarm clock, internet, phone did not work with no real help from front desk. Not much around there.
