BEST WESTERN Primrose Hotel Downtown-Toronto Guest Reviews (23)
The Best Western Primrose is probably the best value for money in downtown Toronto. PRO's: 1. College subway station is less than a 5 minute walk down the road. 2. The Loblaws grocery store is basically across the road and you will also find a LCBO (local liquor store) there. 3. fast internet +-10meg line. 4. Great views from room. CON's 1. Would have loved if there was some proper glasses, plates and cutlery in the room. 2. The Hotel feels a bit old, and it is old. Renovation due. 3. No Complimentary continental breakfast. OVERALL: I stayed there for about 10 days on business with a associate and i would recommend this hotel. Will probably stay there again when I go back to Toronto.

My recent trip to Toronto had be staying at the Primrose hotel. I booked here because they offered a really good price and were in a central location. The staff were very helpful and were quick to offer directions and dining options. The restaurant was good for breakfast and there was lots of variety on the buffet. I would go back again.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Toronto--easy to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants and close to subway station. The room was average, very comfortable but in need of some thorough cleaning. There was dried blood splattered on the bathroom door and on the wallpaper just outside the door, and the carpets were in need of cleaning. Bedding was clean and very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a good value for the money and the underground parking is very convenient at a competitive price. There is also a Tim Hortons off the lobby of the hotel!

I got a good deal online and stayed at the Primrose hotel. The hotel is in a great location and I was able to walk to the Eaton Centre and to Yorkville for shopping. I was given a newly renovated room and it was great. There were 2 beds in the room and I had in room coffee maker which was handy in the morning. The staff were great and always smiling. I felt very much at home here.

When in Toronto, our office always books the Primrose Hotel. This place is perfect for business travelers. It has a Tim Horton’s in the lobby, special business rooms with a large desk for working, free wireless internet and onsite parking. We have had several employee stay there over the last 6 months and none of them have ever had any issues. It is our preferred choice when in Toronto
