BEST WESTERN PREMIER La Promenade Noumea Hotel Guest Reviews
All rooms and suites have ocean views, and the lovely garden forecourt is a wonderful asset to this resort. Our suite was well appointed and we spent a lot of time on our spacious balcony enjoying the views. The kitchen facilities meant we could dine in our suite, which was a welcome option during our week's stay. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk so the location was perfect!

great place to stay in Noumea. room (suite) had kitchen, washing machine. close to shops and restaurants. the hotel's terrasse restaurant was also nice and quiet with nice views. i'd stay at La Promenade again and would recommend it to anyone.

The view from the apartment was fantastic but aside from this the hotel was fairly average. The room (Junior Suite) was petty compact with no room for luggage and poorly designed bathrooms. Water went everywhere due to the bath over shower layout so we couldn't place anything on the floor and needed towels to mop up copious amounts of water. There was no consistency with several items not being replaced when required i.e. facecloths and teatowels. Also, when we requested additional towels on a couple of occasions we were advised this was not done!! The pool area was very sterile and windy so unfortunately not conducive to lying around the pool relaxing. Maybe, still some work to be done here to encourage people to use it - altough no towels appeared to be available for this either?? We did recieve superb service from one of the desk staff who tried very hard to arrange a rental car for us - so full points on this level.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, the serviced apartments are excellent and I would recommend this place to anyone, the staff are friendly and helpful and there is plenty to do in walking distance.

the hotel is brand new, some of the gym facilities were not yet finished (oct 07). the rooms (self contained with kitchen) were very clean and modern. the staff were very friendly. the location is right on the beach, a 10min walk to le meridien, or bais de citrons.
