I don't know how this hotel earns it's 3 stars! I was only staying a night and the price told me it would be ordinary. Location was great! Staff were great. Breakfast (a surprise) v. good, but it would benefit them greatly if their bathrooms were cleaner - the shower curtain was unacceptable, and the carpet was extremely worn and stained - looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed.

This hotel is not 3 star as it claims. It is in an excellent location of just being around the corner of Champs Elysee. We couldn't get our lap top to connect to the WiFi and the PC available for guests didn't work. Room 62's bathroom had a bad mould odor. The shower was an unattached shower head in a bath but the water was nice and hot.

Drink making facilities (eg Coffee/Tea) in bedrooms (and even a few biscuits or similar) would be welcome, particularly in view of the very limited catering facilities in the hotel.
