Location
Located in the centre of old city, Best Western Acropol is a boutique hotel, just 200 metres from Sultanahmet Square, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern.
Guests will feel as comfortable as in their own home in the functionally decorated 26 rooms and 2 suites of the hotel. Most of the rooms have a magnificent view over the Sea of Marmara and the Blue Mosque.
Restaurant
The Acropol Marmara roof restaurant serves you a gourmet special of Turkish, French and Italian cuisine. The Byzas cafe, patisserie offers selections of coffee, salads and pastries.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Acropol Suites and Spa. The staff was extremely kind, the room was spotless, and everything was comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the location though. It is within a few minutes of some of the major sites in the area. It was ideal as we were travelling with a 1 year old. Unless a really good deal came up at the Four Seasons I wouldn't look at another hotel in the area. p.s. the continental breakfast was good too.

The front desk staff was very helpful and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

A Hotel with very very courteous, cheerful and helpful staff who make up for the smallness of rooms and poor air-conditioning. Despite this, would happily go back. M M Haine NSW Australia June 2008

I must say this is a very sweet hotel with very friendly and ......funny staff! The room (single) was resonable in size and clean. Breakfast was ok and the dinner was very good. I had dinner twice outside the hotel. The food was delicious! And it was relaxing and enjoyable to watch tourist from different nations passing by! There were lots of different hotels, hostels on the same street but Best Western Historical Acropol Hotel was definitely the most outstanding one (ottoman style was kept) at the best location. I will go again when I re-visit Istanbul!

The hotel is well located on the quiet Akbyck street, few minutes away from the Blue Mosque and Saint Sophia. The dining room on the top floor has a nice view of the Marmara Sea. The breakfast is good. And few good restaurants are also nearby.
