Located in the centre of old city, BEST WESTERN PREMIER Acropol Suites & Spa Hotel Istanbul is a boutique hotel, just 200 metres from Sultanahmet Square, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern.

great location. 10 min walk to sultanahmet tram station, blue mosque and Hagia sophia. Friendly staff. Resturants and markets nearby. Very clean rooms.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Acropol Suites and Spa. The staff was extremely kind, the room was spotless, and everything was comfortable. The best part of the hotel was the location though. It is within a few minutes of some of the major sites in the area. It was ideal as we were travelling with a 1 year old. Unless a really good deal came up at the Four Seasons I wouldn't look at another hotel in the area. p.s. the continental breakfast was good too.

A Hotel with very very courteous, cheerful and helpful staff who make up for the smallness of rooms and poor air-conditioning. Despite this, would happily go back. M M Haine NSW Australia June 2008

I must say this is a very sweet hotel with very friendly and ......funny staff! The room (single) was resonable in size and clean. Breakfast was ok and the dinner was very good. I had dinner twice outside the hotel. The food was delicious! And it was relaxing and enjoyable to watch tourist from different nations passing by! There were lots of different hotels, hostels on the same street but Best Western Historical Acropol Hotel was definitely the most outstanding one (ottoman style was kept) at the best location. I will go again when I re-visit Istanbul!
