The room was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was helpful. The most reliable thing though is the price compared to the cleanliness and location of the hotel. Will return again soon.

Extremely good value for money. Quite central. Would definitely book there again. PRO's: 1. Room has a small Kitchen with Microwave and cutlery. 2. On site laundry for around $6 for a big load of washing. 3. Hotel feels new, and very cosy. Cons: 1. Gym can do with some free weights Conclusion: Im not new to the Best Western franchise and this Hotel does not Disappoint. If I had to go back to Ottawa this is where im staying. HIGHLY recommended.

Highly recommend this hotel which was excellent in every aspect. Spacious room, helpful staff and a great breakfast. Easy to walk down to the centre of town. Would certainly stay again.
