We were upgrade to a jacuzzi room when we checked in. The room was comfortable. They provided complementary breakfast and free WiFi (pretty slow though). The indoor spa was closed during our stay (due to some CA state violation?) and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Overall it's good enough for the money we paid.

We only stayed one night, the staff was very friendly and helped us with some directions, the hotel is far from were we wanted to go. We went to the Nokia theatre, the bed was comfortable, the only thing i didn´t like is that they forced us to make a 50 or 100 dlls deposit we wanted 50 and they kept the 100 bill, the rooms are small and not like you see them in the pictures and how they described them, the breakfast was good, i think it could be cheaper for the location since there is no near places to go.

Good price and service. The downs is that there is no opertunity to clean/wash clouds. And the breakfest could be bether.

This hotel has the looks of 5 star but the service of MOTEL. While the décor was modern & very inviting the staff was surprisingly THE OPPOSITE. The continental breakfast that was offered was not fresh. The baked goods were stale and were left out from the morning before. The hotel has got the look down but needs serious help with their customer service.

Extremely friendly and kind services. Very clean and tidy. It also provides free wireless internet service. Quite easy to drive to Universal Studio.
