Hotel room was very clean and we were able to get an early check in even on a saturday. Free parking and we able to get an additional pass from the owner since we had two cars for one room. (Parking is horrible in laguna beach so this was great) free continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were very nice and up to date. Would def. stay again!! :) Really enjoyed are stay.

We were offered an upgrade to "the best room in the house" at a significant discount from the rack rate. The upgraded room featured hugh mirrors the bathroom was completely done in travertine tile. The bed was very comfortable and offered none of the "slept in a strange bed" back ache the next morning. The jacuzzi tub made for a very uneven and insecure shower floor. The power controls for the tub jets could not be accesses from in the tub and the on tub switch did not work. The place is showing it's age with peeling wallpaper and a tp holder that was too loose to hold the roll. All things considered, including the big three ( location, location, location) this is a very nice hotel and offers decent value.

We enjoyed are time in Laguna Beach. The Best Western Plus Laguna Brisas Spa was great place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good and hearty. My wife and I enjoyed the whirlpool spa in the room. We will definitely come back to stay again.
