I was truely amazed with the level of service I received in this hotel! Fantastic! They were able to switch rooms for me, as I was initially on the smoking floor and they were happily willing and able to move me to a non-smoking floor. I stayed here because the rest of my relatives did and wanted to be near them. Everytime I needed help with directions, the front desk was so extremely helpful! I had no problems driving myself around and catching the skytrain! Waking up to that beautiful mountain view every morning was the best part! I would definitely return to this hotel the next time I come back to Surrey!

Ideal location walking distance to shopping and restaurants, even better if you have a car. Staff was very helpful and prompt to respond to any problems with the room. Rooms were nice size and beds were very comfortable.
