The location was terrific and staff were friendly - just marked it down a bit on service as they weren't able to help us with a boat booking - didn't seem too up on internet usage. We enjoyed our stay and would think about returning to this hotel if we come back to Vienna (an incredibly beautiful and fascinating city).

I had business trip to Donetsk in Ukrane and so not much time in vienna. This hotel's location is the best to look quickly around the center of old city and the price is good.

Hotel Tigra is in a magnificent location, within walking distance of all of the important venues in old Vienna.
