I checked in to Dakota Ridge on Monday and Checked out on Thursday. My shower on Wednesday was warm but on Thursday it was cold. When checking out I told the clerk at the front desk (Adam) that he may want to check out my room's shower he responded I will let Maintenance know. I would have appreciated a sorry about that I will let maintenance know. The rest of the staff were very friendly. I took advantage of the Shuttle service and was very satisfied with the service from the drivers.

Convenient, conformtable stay. Variety of choices for breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would choose again.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is that the walls are very thin, so if your neighbor decides to stay up late to watch TV, so are you whether you like it or not. Other than that, the staff were great, the rooms were comfortable, the hot breakfast was very good, and I really liked the location.

Just returned from taking our 16 year old daughter and 3 of her friends school shopping to MOA. I like staying in Eagan, because it's a quiet location. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very spacious and clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wish they had a pool, but otherwise, enjoyed the hotel very much. Would stay here again!

We went to a family reunion which started friday night at a sport bar,a picnic on sat. and a gathering on sunday at one of the relatives homes.The staff at Best Western shuttled us to the sport bar and the picnic,as well as the Mall of America, and were the most accomodating and friendly people. Our group had 5 rooms and we all agreed we would definatly stay there again if in the twin cities.
