Not at all what I expected. Room was ultra clean, bathrooms were ultra clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to DFW airport, not far from downtown Dallas. Plenty to eat in the area. Texas shaped waffle iron for breakfast was fantastic. I wish I could have stayed longer. Only bad spot was hot tube was void of water and seemed to be non functional, although the accompanying pool was very clean.

there was no phone or TV services. Arrived late got ready for bed. Tried to call to the front desk for wake up call. Phones did not work. Had to get dressed and walk to the front desk. They did not know there was a problem. After that excersize I was hoping to wind down by watching TV. No TV service either. Not a great experience.

I don't stay this hotel again because there are not restaurant around there and can't go to dinner without car. It is inconvenient for tourist from foreign countries.

The receptionist in particular went out of her way to make sure my stay was pleasant. She printed off maps to places I needed to go and nothing was a problem to her. The other staff were great too. Room was your typical Best Western room, which was clean and presentable. View was over the airport parking carpark.
