We were unsure what we were getting when booking this hotel as we were unfamiliar with the Chicago area. This ended up being perfect. Not too far from the downtown attractions, but far enough that you weren't swarmed by people 24/7. Will be staying whenever we return to Chicago.

I felt that the hotel was below par for the price. The front desk manager, an Indian fellow, was wonderful, but the staff in the breakfast buffet was horrible. They had no personality, no customer service and the worst attitudes. I have never seen such disrespect for guests and I have stayed at MANY hotels! (In fact, I used to be a general manager of a hotel). The manger at the front desk gave us a free breakfast buffet one day, but it was still unpleasant with 2 different staff members.

I've been in so many countries,so many hotels, from south america to the middle east to europe & usa,, from my experience for 3 days @ this hotel.. I REALLY LIKE IT,, food is good & great price too & for sure i would recommend this hotel to everybody & for sure i'll be back everytime need to stay in chicago !!
