Overall very good. A/C leaked and carpet was soaked, but that is an unexpected problem and it was handled!

This is the second time we've stayed at Placentia Inn & Suites, and we'll definitely be back. It is close to family, conveniently located and has everything we need. This time, there were four of us in one room with two queen beds. The beds were especially comfy since they now have pillow-tops! The room is tastefully decorated, has a large flat-screen t.v., a refrigerator and was very clean. We enjoyed a full breakfast before heading out for the day. A great value for all that you get!

When I arrived I was greatful for the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel. Our room was very nice and the beds were incredibly comfortable! My husband and I slept like a rock.

When I checked into the hotel, the desk clerk informed me that they changed their pet policy two months earlier. However, he called the hotel manager and they made an exception for me. They earned extra points by doing that. The room I stayed in was very comfortable. I've never had a better night's rest while on the road. I was very surprised that the price point was for a 2 star hotel, but the amenities, comfort, cleanliness and odor (or lack thereof) were comparable to 4 star hotel, easy. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Me and my husband attended a wedding in the area.The Best Western Placentia was a great choice for us. The location was great. We relaxed buy the pool and spa used the fitness center.The room was clean and comfy and had everthing that we needed.The staff was very friendly and helpfull.The breakfast was good and included with the room. Would diffently stay here again.Next time we will take advantage of the Denny's delivery option.
