the Oxford has a great staff,they always make me feel like part of the family,The sercurity there is excellent,i fell totaly safe there.My room was cleaned every day.The staff is so helpful,they do everything for you.That was my third stay there,I always go to the Oxford because of the staff.The location is great for a single guy like me..I had a great stay at the Oxford..

Generally nice and recommended! Elevator is not intelligent needed to wait long time, Breakfast is somewhat poor in cooking and few vegetables, otherwise good hotel.

Borgos street is not the best in Manila, but convenient. For the rate paid, this is a good hotel.

If u want access to Burgos St, hotel is well positioned. And staff are generally friendly. But be prepared for tired rooms, overlooking a noisy street (no double-glazing), an old mattresses / pillows / sheets and painfully slow elevators. And below average food. Other hotels in Makati offer better value.
