rooms very small.the hotel itself is good but the rooms are very small, the location is wonderful.

Great Location! I wish room service was faster but it was a great experience overall. The pools are great and the breakfast is great too. Something helpful to know is that they have many buildings and the type of room depends of what building you choose. For instance, the Tower has the upgraded rooms with ocean view.

Everything about the hotel was very good. The outdoor heated pools were nice as well. The one thing that REALLY bothered us was when we went for breakfast. We went to the building were breakfast is held and arrived too late (after 9am). There was a man sitting at a desk and said that we were too late. I figured he was hotel staff since he was seated in one of their hotels, if not staff he has an agreement (a very tack one!). He then proceeds to be overly pushy in trying to get us to go to RON JON SURF SHOP and was more than pushy, didn't take NO for an answer so I just said "lets go" - Very tacky for a "higher end" hotel. Other than that everything was great. We didn't bother going back for the free breakfast, opting instead to go out and pay for a quiet/hassle free meal.

VERY unhappy w/our stay. First, picture advertised on cheaptickets ISN'T hotel building we stayed at. Couldn't HEAR ocean never mind SEE ocean. If we wanted to stay in building advertised on website, we'd have to pay an extra $55.00. WHAT??!! Staff said ' this happens all the time. People are deceived when they see the ocean front building and are placed in building 2 minutes from ocean. NOT GOOD!!!! Won't stay there again.......

This hotel is a number of 'collective' hotel buildings, that all make up the "Hotel & Suites". The picture at the time of writing shows the most expensive "Oceanside Tower". We were living behind this in one of 4 two story buildings around one of the pool areas. The walk to the beach is 1 minute, perhaps 2 minutes if are directionally challenged past any excuse :) The breakfast was at a 3rd building and the lobby in a 4th! All in all the hotel was clean, the room great - we had a king room with a full "Suite" kitchen in our room, very nice and cheap AND exceptionally close to the beach! Visiting in the autumn/winter time we it didn't seem terribly crowded, so cannot say how it would be in such a situation, however given the time of year both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Warmly (this is Florida!) this hotel, we had a great stay, in a great room at a great price.
