efficient friendly and helpful, but a hotel with no particular character or charm and we could have been anywhere, so in that sense it was disappointing.

I participated a conference in Fortezza di Basso. The walk from the hotel was not too long. My room was on the side of the street, so I had some traffic noise. However, there was not much noise between midnight and 7AM, which was the only time that I spent in the room. Shower, breakfast, and other basics were OK. Considering the price (68 euros per night) the value for money was good. For tourists mainly interested in walking around in the old parts of the town this hotel is a bit far away.

Hotel room & bathroom were well-appointed & comfortable. A bus ride away from the centre so not the most convenient location, but it was fairly quiet. It was used by Italians on business trips rather than tourists. Staff were very helpful.
