Location
The Montana is also well placed for visitors arriving without as vehicle as all city's major sights are within walking distance and those further a field can be accessed by a frequent and reliable tram service. St Peter's church, the Neumarkt and the Neiderhof Lookout are such attractions.

The Montana's 74 pleasant and elegant rooms are either decorated in a French or modern style with wireless Internet access, satellite TV, mini bar, hairdryer and safe.
Restaurant

Good location, decent wifi reception, TV channels with English, decent breakfast. Design of hotel is quite funny, but it's completely comfortable and staff were friendly for the most part. Better than the more expensive hotel i stayed at in Zurich West.

Clean, very modern, comfortable rooms, efficient service, good location for travellers being within 10 mins walk of main Zurich rail station, and maybe 20 mins to the lake shore. Substantial buffet breakfast included in price. Maybe not where you'd want to be for a long stay, being in a rather drab part of town, but if you're just passing through, recomended.

Great location close to the station and downtown. Only a short walk to the old town. Staff very helpful. Walls between rooms could have been thicker - we were woken by our neighbours early one morning.

Able to walk from train to hotel. Room adequate but no tea making facilities. Beds good but covers too hot with no alternative. Breakfast included which is good.

The hotel and staff were excellent however I would not recommend the hotel restaurant as the food was poor quality and over priced.
