BEST WESTERN Hotel Milton Milano Guest Reviews (31)
quality hotel, breakfast was great, staff are good, quite satisfied with my stay there the only problem could be the location, metro station is a little bit far, but there's a city train station nearby

The room was pretty good, unfortunately there were no fridge... The service was just ok, only a few employee can speak english fluently. Some television channels were a bit distorted. At night it was sometimes really noisy with ambulances going back and forth, if you can't sleep with a little bit noise then you should avoid this hotel. Breakfast was good, handful of choices, you can even order hot coffee from the bar for free. There are also a supermarket nearby, another plus point. All in all, it was a good experience and with their offer -3 nights-pay only 2 nights- which is also great, I recommend this hotel if you want a budget trip with a good quality!

Unfortunately the service by the hotel staff was poor. On numerous occasions we felt the staff at reception were not welcoming and not very helpful. The hotel itself was clean but the rooms were incredibly hot as the heating could not be turned off. When I enquired about a room change I was told that the whole of the hotel was like this and that I should just too open a window to fix the problem. I have stayed previously with Best Western and have been pleased but this experience will make me think twice when booking a hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel for a long week end was basically fine. Pro's and con's are as follows: Positive features: At this time the reservation was an extremely good bargain (pay 2 get 3), next metro station is in walking distance, very clean room, good room service, room safe available, well equipped bathroom, spacy room, spacy refrigerator in room. Deficiences: Extremely dark room (bed illumination with very few and weak bulbs), very warm room even in mid of October, very unpractical cupboard with little space for clothes, cupboard doors and bathroom door need reparation, bad quality drinks in breakfast (very diluted juice-like liquid is offered and the wending machine is providing low quality Nescafé drink), one of the reception personnel has problems with speaking and understanding English, I find the 5 EUR charge for usage of internet on the hotel laptop for 30 min ridiculous. Unfriendly response (demanding 30 EUR surcharge) to our request for checking out 90 min later.

The hotel was about a kilometre away from the metro line. Nice quiet large rooms. The neighborhood isn't the one I dream to live on either, but caused me no trouble as we chose to park on the street instead of paying 7 Euro per night. The breakfast was amazing. Great variety.
