BEST WESTERN Hotel Kansai Airport Guest Reviews
This hotel is very close to Osaka airport, only 20 min by free shuttle bus. Rooms are ok, just ask a room not facing the railroad next to hotel. Very good breakfast was included. Hotel has also a nice Japanese bath (with a Sauna) on 2nd floor. Very helpful staff. Next to the hotel is a FOUR line railroad crossing, be very careful crossing it, preferably use the overpass. You can easily get to the hotel with the airport limited express train, just step out at Hineno station and ask JR staff for directions, hotel is about 3-4 min. walk from the station. Overall recommended.

this hotel is very convenient for Kansai Airport.A shuttle bus service is provided.However, don't expect too much sleep.The noise from the railway and the crossing bells are very intrusive.

Great. Nice to have a sauna (which actually was in working order, unlike the saunas in some hotels in Britain where I've stayed). Good service, shuttle bus to airport. Rooms are small, but that's normal, and they were more than adequate. Internet connection is free, and hassle-free. All in all, couldn't be better for the location and the price.

Very helpful to have a free shuttle bus from the Airport directly to the hotel... very important late at night. Breakfast room/restaurant... provided a very beautiful and restful beginning to the day. Room very small for three, but beds comfortable and quiet for that important first sleep.

The hotel was extremely comfortable. Courtesy bus was very welcome after our long flight. The room was smoke-free with no 'lingering' smoke odour. The breakfast at the hotel was a delight. We will stay there every time.
