It was raining when I arrived in Geneva. After walking 1/2 hour in the rain with my umbrella from Geneva rail station to Hotel Diplomate, when I entered the hotel I asked where can I leave the umbrella, is there an umbrella tube holder, as there was water pouring down...No umbrella stand...Given my room key, I went to find my room but in the corridor there were NO lights. In the dark I tried to find the room door and the door lock !! The room was very small...Next morning, in the breakfast, I ask for some milk with Ovomaltine (swiss chocolate), the answer was sorry we do not have any milk !!! The price was 145 Euros for one night, this hotel does not deserve this price, but they did it on purpose as all geneva hotels on April 2, 2008 were fully booked. Disgrace

Lack of internet access was annoying. apparently the wireless system will be available next week.
