the hotel was warm and welcoming, with a great 20's deco theme. the room was a bit small but that is fairly srandard for Rome. the breakfast was good with a nice variety of foods. i would stay there again.

We booked this at this hotel only two days before we flew to Rome and got a very good deal. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but we asked for some and this was actioned immediately and was free of charge. We had a meal in the Restaurant attached to the hotel which was lovely and the breakfasts were great with plenty of choice.

I stayed here for 2 nights in early March 2008. My single room was small (as usual in European hotels) but, like the rest of the hotel, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. Facility-wise, my only small complaint is that there was no wireless internet in my room, only from the lounge, and whenever I logged out any remaining time credit vanished. However, there was a computer terminal available for free to guests, so this wasn't such a big issue. Though not centrally located, the hotel is 5 min walk away from Castro Pretorio Metro station, which is just one stop from Termini. It's on a pleasant street itself, but just around the corner from a strip club, adult cinema and a slightly sleazy area at night.
