With one exception I found the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. I expect people working in the hospitality industry to know how to smile and make you feel welcome - I was very much disappointed in this case.

For the price this hotel was a excellent. Very clean with plenty of room as well as some extras. Plunger coffee and biscuits are a nice touch in a country hotel. We also ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. Apart from a slight mix up with the bill which was sorted out before we left town I give this hotel and staff a big thumbs up.
