It was our first time traveling overseas, we had no idea what to expect! 1st night in Phuket was a dream, we walked into this gorgeous hotel which was on the quiet end of Patong Beach. It was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and would go out of their way to make sure you were happy. We couldn't believe it! We stayed for 3 nights, as it was a tad expensive. BUT I do not think there is one thing I could complain about. The manager at the time even upgraded our room - and we ended up having a private pool at no extra cost. Just to top it off, the restaurant is AMAZING! So many choices, good value and we had the chef himself come out to see how we were enjoying the meal. If you stay in B-Lay tong, you won't have any regrets :)

We arrived at B-Lay Tong hotel for a four night stay at the end of a three week holiday through cambodia. We had been to patong beach a couple of times before but this was our first stay at this hotel. While it was different in decor and style to what we usually like we found it to be a pleasant change. Very modern and shiek. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in all ways.It was a slow 15 min walk into Bangla St area along the beach, beautiful in the evenings. we had a pool side room which was a treat to be able to cool off when ever we wanted. our room was spacious and perfectly presented. a huge walk in shower and a bath . We didnt use any of resturant facilities but they looked very nice. we would definately stay there again.

Conveniently located on beach just far enough away to walk but out of the noise zone. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved the buffet breakfast. Hotel well designed, need a little but of repair and renovation but this was minor in the overall scheme of things

Great stay, only issues were the policy with guests having to pay 1500 brt to visit or stay over night and daily room clean wasn't very good and she fished for tips twice.., are these cultural issues I'm not too sure but it did give me a bad taste in my mouth.

Dont get me wrong, I am Australian and have had the benefit of a high standard of living at home but let me bring two points to light that I found perplexing, I start with the more simple of the two.in having my room serviced daily I found the cleaning to be minimalistic and no use of chemicals, but having the maid fish for tips 3 times I found a little foul. Let my second point be directed at management with the tariff on overnight guests being 1500 bt. As there IS a common knowledge that this area has working girls and after inquiry their charge being 2500 bt per night isn't the hotel somewhat getting involved in the seedy side of phukets underbelly? Just a thought but it did seem unfair to these hard working women from poor backgrounds being taken advantage of..., this tariff is given in prior but still it smells foul.. Apart from these two points my hotel stay was 100% 5 star and faultless and will stay there again

Staff at the front desk were rude. The hotel doesn't look like a 5-star hotel at all. The swimming pool is okay and relaxing. The location of the hotel is at the end of Patong Beach and the road is really dark at night. Not many choices for eating and drinking around. You must take a taxi to go to the central part of Patong or you have to walk in the dark.

Too far from the centre of Patong Beach. Tourists can have have a lot of choices at that price.

Very pleasant new Hotel. Great location and nice large pool with swim up to the Bar. Also has a lap pool. The rooms are a good size. Had a room looking out over the garden area. Reasonable rate but was not during the peak period.

Only booked one night on a promotional offer in the middle of my holiday. Great place to relax at the very northern end of Patong. Pool is decadent as seen in the pic. It was raining the day I arrived there but still spent 2 hrs in the pool as did others. Can view the beach across the road which is cleaner than central Patong. The room was great. Large modern shower with rainwater head from ceiling or hand held & windowed to the main area or privacy via blind. Large comfortable bed and TV. Nicely decorated and various lighting themes to set the mood (Back wall lighting). A day bed to read a book with views of the palm trees /garden or next to this a secluded balcony. On the ground floor, was direct pool access for occupants below. Staff were good. I arrived at 12.30pm and was escorted to my room with minimal waiting. Used the gym which was small but a bonus. The hotel is newish and stylish. Was very happy with what I paid. Can explore the northern end of Patong or towards Phuket City. Oh yeah, complimentary minibar -Good one guys.

We stayed in a pool access room and it was great. If we were to stay at this hotel again we wood book this room again. Hotel is new and very modern and I would say has one of the best pools - looks over beach! Hotel is across road from beach and 10 min walk into heart of shopping in patong. Staff are not as friendly as other resorts I have stayed at and this resort is very popular with Russian tourists. overall we would stay here again, if anything just for the pool.
