We enjoyed our stay at the Azzura Greens , although the steam room was out of order the whole week of our stay, some mornings it was like waking up to a kinder garten as the children would scream you awake at 7am, also noticed that some of the guests were swimming in their everyday clothes and the pool was not very clean (found a band aid the first day I swam in the pool and never swam in it again!) The apartment itself was very nice and very well eqipped but I have to say that I would give it a 4 star rating not the 5 stars it claims , for what they charge I was expecting 5 stars.

Property was picked for location due to my business requirements in Brisbane city and easy access to Gold Coast theme parks for wife and kids. The reception we received on check in and check out, quite cold and not the standard of service you would expect in a Hotel of this caliber. Information provided on the Hotel was very limited. My expectation may be too high however I do like the option of walking to a restaurant in the same building or an adjacent complex. This complex / estate did not offer any of this. Need to drive or be driven. Would I stay again? Probably not.
