Sleek, modern, clean hotelt with all necessary amenities--and then some. For a business trip or an early a.m. flight departure, the location is ideal. We, however, arrived at noon the day before we left and it is in the middle of a residential area with no place to go and little to see. The only draw back though. Also, I would check the shuttle times to/fro the airport: I was told every 30 minutes but we waited over an hour at the airport and ended up taking a taxi. Kudos to them, though, as they reimbursed us for the fare.

This was one of the best deals of our trip. The hotel was fantastic and the staff very helpful. Free internet, free airport shuttles. The room was designed for someone traveling...lots of plug-ins and very functional.

First, the hotel is exceptionally nice with well appointed first rate rooms. Free Wi-Fi with good connection. Beautiful bathroom with good supply of things you might need. PROBLEM? Waited over an hour for the shuttle! When it finally arrived (after many calls from those waiting), the shuttle was completely filled just at our terminal. When I commented on this at check-in, I was told "one of the shuttles is resting". Hardly an apology for the inconvenience to tired international passengers.

Nice, new hotel but untrained staff. In check took long and the employee did not know what kind of rooms the hotel has or what kind I actually had booked. Shuttle service to airport is OK but not very convenient if you are going to the city. Takes about 1 hour to get from hotel to Puerto del Sol. Good price now but certain to rise shortly.
