Hotel was a little removed from the city center, but off a main road that was easy to catch cabs from. Overall, wonderful service. Concierge was super helpful and booked everything for us since we did not speak Spanish well enough. Room was huge. Kitchenette, balcony, large flatscreen tv, and nice bathroom. We stayed in the Ricoleta neighborhood, and the room was half the size and more expensive. I would definitely recommend Awwa if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood.

This hotel was in a great neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants and parks. The staff was excellent and the room was very modern and clean.

We had originally booked for one night only, but the volcanic ash cloud from Chile affected our flights and we arrived in Buenos Aires a day earlier than planned. The very helpful hotel staff, realising our predicament, provided us with a room for the additional night at 7.00 AM without charging us the usual half day fees which would have accompanied the extra night's charges for an early arrival. The staff were also very helpful in providing tourism advice. Overall a good value hotel in a quiet street near amenities. There were some minor repairs needed to plumbing fixtures in the room which we reported on departure. We would stay again.
