It was alright. The hotel is not located where the all the fun is on the Genting Highlands mountain. You have to take the cable lift to go up to where all the hotels are.

Bad Experience. Reach hotel abit early at 115pm. Went to try my luck to see if there is any room available for check in, hotel staff told us yes but we have to wait for 15 mins, so i say ok and left for lunch. i came back an hr later and was told the same things, all the rooms are dirty and i need to wait. i was like, what again. i am so angry that i scolded the staff, i say i wan a room immediately. The manager heard me shouting and came over to assist. They gave me my room but i still have to wait fot 15 mins for them to clean. so i grab the keys n waited for 15 mins before proceeding to my room. And when the door was open its still not cleaned. I was so furious that i called housekeeping again and they said already arranged. I say no i wan it immediately. How to stay in such a filitry room. i requested for non smoking lobby n baby cot. None was given.

have a nice room and good view from the hotel....Its not far from Genting Higland theme park ...

We love the 2 queen size bed in a room. It is also very spacious.

Beautiful hotel up in the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay was so peaceful and great facilities all around. Its almost like a small city with its own shops and cafe and restaurants
