We can use free wi-fi, and facilities are minimum but enough. I am satisfied with staying this hotel.

Room newly refurbished but lacking high standard e.g. room painted very sloppily. Shower heat adjuster not working, stuck on very hot. (Had intended to report this on check-out but the receptionist was less than attentive). The cheapest of sliced bread for breakfast. Fine for a short stay and very convenient off main road location for meeting at Natural History Museum.

The room was small, but nice and clean. Small bed. The room did not have air condition, which can be a problem in the summer. Very small TV, with very few channels. Good location, in a nice area of London. Good value for money.

This hotel is a good basic place to stay in a nice area of London; convenient to the Underground, Hyde Park, and the Albert and Victoria Museum. The room was very small, but if all you need is a place to sleep, for the price, this will fit your needs. The staff were very responsive.

I stayed in the room on the 1st floor towards the back. The hotel has free Wifi but the signal was extremely weak in my room. I had to go to the lobby. The room was a double but they only gave us 1 key. When we asked for 2, they looked at me like I was crazy. The room and bathroom size were fine (I'm used to small European hotels) but the EXTREMELY small shower size was ridiculous. It was uncomfortable. The room has cubbies for storing shoes and items of clothing. The hotel is in a good location. There are better options out there so look around.
