the check in service is poor, i came in 12 noon, after verification done, the staff told me will call me once room is available,but i have to wait for 2 hours and came back that time, she misplaced my booking detail, i was thinking if i do not come back 2 hours later, will there be a call to me as promised. If the hotel wish to charge at this rate, as a customer we expect flawless service provided to us as well.

1. No signboard before turning into the hotel, junction easily missed. 2. Unprofessional customer service. Bell boy - no initiative to assist with luggage when we just reached the hotel, we had to carry our own luggages & hand them to the staff who was just standing there. Only 2 staffs greeted us throughout our 2 days stay.
