Not only do the AVI staff not care they appear to be bigots. Really nasty front desk women. No clue concerning customer service. Cheap room rates. Dealer told us business is way down. Guess why ?

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent 5 night stay at the Avi Resort. Our room was a newly re-modeled room on the second floor. Some of our room amenities included a flat screen TV,iron/ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker and in room safe. We had ten free Buffet passes to the Harvest Buffet for breakfast. The food is great and there is plenty of it for everyone. They also have three more restaurants for your dining pleasure and as you are walking towards the Brendan 8 plex theater you come across Sbarros, Panda Express, Subways, Thrifty ice cream, the gift shop and kids arcade area. We enjoyed every minite of our stay and took advantage of the parking valet service also. I almost forgot to mention the RV park, the beach,the pool, gas station and Firehouse Coffee Company serves up some great coffee and Deli sandwiches with or without soup.

This was the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this Hotel! We had a large room on the 6th floor of the River View Tower! We had a fabulous view overlooking the large pool and the Colorado River! The staff was friendly and very helpful! Our stay for 3 nights included 2 free buffet breakfasts each day! The food was surprisingly good! For the price we payed we love this place! We even won some money gambling in the casino!!!
