Adequate for what we required, a place to stay overnight on the 31st Dec. Was comfortable enough, however felt a bit claustrophobic outside the unit. Easy access to the beach and local resturants. Owner very friendly. Seemed to be well managed and clean.

other than shower slow to drain due to possible hair build-up in the plug hole this was a great place to stay; close to town and jetty, helpful staff on arrival and comfortable beds.

The kitchen utensils could be more extensive e.g. baking dishes for cooking meals (not roasts) in oven given it is a complete kitchen. The units were spacious, warm and comfortable albeit tired. There was very little space in the toilet room when opening and closing the door. The motel is located on the main road in to Pahia coming from the south but is quiet and easily accessible. I would stay at Averill Court again.
