Convenient location with ample parking. Staff are nice but seems to be in a hurry to go back inside their room. Bed was comfortable with nice clean sheets. The bathroom sink needs replacement.

Friendly service, central location, good price. Clean room, very close to intercity bus transport. food close by. No problems and would stay here again

very spacious room and full contained kitchen. stayed at a studio unit. reasonable priced. free wi-fi -very rare in NZ. cofee/tea sachets, air condition/heater, towels, bed linens provided and changed daily. laundry available. as the name suggests, it will be more convenient to have own transport though location is quite central. well maintained and enjoyed our stay.

If your looking for basic accomodation, Avenue Motor Lodge is fine. It is beside a busy road, so not so good if you are looking for a quite time. It would benefit from some updating.
