We have stayed at this hotel twice in january at different years and thourghly enjoyed the hotel the staff and the position of this hotel is brilliant the food was very good always something there for everybody.Would not hesitate recommending this hotel

Very central in the Old Town, so noise when pubs and clubs empty may waken you. Very close to all amenities including beach which is important, as pool on 6th floor is very small. 'Internet Access' is limited to 1 PC on 2nd floor. Overall, the service, room and food were value for money and I'd stay there again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location near to beach and a variety of places at which to eat and drink. Would definately pay a return visit.

The hotel was full to capacity with elderly guests so we did feel rather indimidated. Also the entertainment was specifically geared to this market. That said, we did enjoy our stay at the Avenida immensley as the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was great.

Very good location,Right in the centre of Benidorm old town. Dont visit if you want peace and quite,very,very noisey.No parking at the hotel,you have to park at the town hall car park around the one way system.Food was O.K but the evening meal (all buffet) was packed away at 9 o'clock!.
