excellent place to stay

The bath (tap's, water outlet area, soap holder (underneath). Toilet roll holder. All need more attention when cleaning. I can not praise Apple at reception, her help and assistance was second to none. Thank You, Apple.

I would definately stay in this hotel again if I needed to be close to the Diera and 'Dubai Creek' areas. The hotel is close enogh to the centre of Diera but far enough away from the noise and traffic. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are a good size. The service was good and the staff friendly. I couldn't fault this hotel. For what I paid it was excellent value.

They rate themselves as 4-star hotel, but it's more like 2-3 stars. Furniture and amenities look and feel cheap. I waited for 45 minutes for a bucket of ice and 35 minutes for a very basic (nothing cooked) breakfast. Also, they won't call taxi for you.

one of this hotel facilty that written in the site is airport trasport but they didnt pickup me at airpoet and as i asked the reception, the Manager told me that the [your website] is responsible for your trasport because they didnt pay any charge for your airport trasportation to us. but you asked me the arrival time in reservation form. please let me know.
